• The FIRST ENTRY FORM must be compiled no later than 15 March 2010 h.23.59.
• The FIRST ENTRY FEE must be paid no later than 15 March 2010.
  (First Entry Fee: 30% of the total amount : NOT REFUNDABLE)
• The SECOND ENTRY FORM must be compiled no later than 15Apr. 2010 h. 23.59. The SECOND ENTRY FEE must be paid no later than 15Apr 2010. (Second Entry Fee: 40% of total: Refundable until 15th Apr for delete)
• FIRST AND SECOND ENTRY (70%) WON’T BE REFUNDABLE AFTER 15TH Apr.
•  BALANCE: 30% of the total amount: CASH BY ARRIVAL

TRAINING DAY: 14th June 2010
COMPETITION DATES: 15th -16 th -18 th – 19 th June 2010
FINAL PARTY: 19 June in the evening in the hotel
FREE DAY AND SPORT FORUM: 17th June 2010
DEPARTURE DATE: 20th June 2010
TRANSPORTATION: The LOC will provide transportation between airport of Genoa and hotels and from hotels to venues

ACCREDITATION:

Accreditation , place to be defined on 13th June from 2.00 p.m and 10.00 p.m
Please it’s very important that your Chief Delegation arrive before or together with your first group of participants, because ONLY your Chief Delegation will be able to accredit all your delegation and to pay the balance of the 30% that will be paid at arrival; all your rooms will be available ONLY after this payment.
