With a great pleasure I express personally and even in name of the Liguria Region the best wishes to the organizing Committee and to all the participants of the “2010 Open European Swimming Championship Inas-Fid”. I'm sure that our region will host this competition in the best way, competition really important  non only for the sport contents but even to go ahead on the way, taken by the local administration, which will give the opportunity to increase the culture of social integration and solidarity. A way that had just linked the Liguria Region and the Paralympic Italian Committee. Last year. In that situation Genoa hosted the Tennis Table European Championship for physical disabled, event that reached a great success in partecipation such as organization, results reached throw the professionalism of the Local Organizing Committee and the welcoming by the genoese people.

To all of you, athletes and organizers I wish a true good luck, so this competition will represents an other decisive step towards an ideal of sport that could be cultural switch and joy to stay together.
