I would like to express my welcome and greetings go to all athletes, coaches and staff who will participate with true passion to this important sport event. I also will like to warmly thank: all volunteers for being so numerous and have participated to realize this event; all sponsors and public authorities who had made possible to plan and realize this international event putting at our disposal financial resources which made all the work start. We hope that this will be the continuing of a detailed work that, always more and more, needs friends who support it and that understand all its social value.
